2.1. Menu: Labas India Restaurant reserves the right to modify the menu, including item availability and pricing, without prior notice. In case of change in already booked orders, we will notify customer about the changes.
2.2. Payment: Payments can be made using accepted credit/debit cards or other forms specified by Labas India Restaurant. We do not accept personal checks.
2.3. Gratuity: A discretionary service charge may be applied to parties of a certain size. Details will be communicated to guests in advance.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
3.1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, it may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.2. No-Show: Guests who do not arrive for a take away without prior notice may be marked as no-show, and Labas India Restaurant reserves the right to charge a no-show fee
4. Delivery Time
4.1. Time: We deliver food in two times in a day, You will see the select time option while booking your order.
4.2. Select Time: You can select the time according to your preference while booking the order. We will notify you before delivery.
